Rocket Digital is seeking an SEO Team Lead to spearhead our organic growth efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies for our business and clients, while leading and mentoring a dedicated team of specialists.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for existing and new business.
- Oversee a team of 7 SEO Specialists, ensuring tactical tasks align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Tech, Social Media, Growth, Paid, Studio, and Analytics.
- Define Best Practices and service quality standards for the SEO area.
- Define and improve methodology and processes.
- Manage team loadability and allocation of resources.
- Handle team career development and conduct 1:1s with Specialists.
- Detect, manage, and resolve problems, Red Flags, Risks, or other issues.
- Detect training needs and plan training actions.
- Provide strategic support in New Business and Upsell EB proposals.
- Perform operational monitoring of Top Clients.
- Provide SEO support in the definition of strategies and tasks.
- Promote internal and cross-channel synergies, commercial and team synergies.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SEO.
- Experience in team management.
- Agency experience.
- Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.
Nice to Have
- Italian language skills.
