Distro is seeking an SEO Specialist whose primary mission is to drive direct revenue impact through organic lead generation. You will assume full ownership of increasing organic leads—calls, forms, and bookings—by focusing on technical SEO, WordPress/Elementor optimization, and local search dominance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic lead generation strategy.
- Perform technical audits to optimize site crawlability, indexing, and architecture.
- Continuously improve Core Web Vitals and implement structured data.
- Perform on-page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
- Create authoritative content and build domain authority.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings, ensure NAP consistency, and post geo-tagged updates to dominate local search results.
- Conduct strategic analysis and provide leadership on SEO initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and structured data.
- Mandatory hands-on experience building and optimizing within WordPress and Elementor.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GTmetrix for analysis and monitoring.
- Mastery of Local SEO strategy and execution.
- Ability to perform search intent-based keyword research and create high-quality content following EEAT principles.
- A highly responsible profile that assumes total ownership of organic lead generation and measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and deliver clear reports on traffic growth, conversion rates, and lead counts.
