Baqend GmbH is looking for an SEO Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. You will develop and implement complex keyword and SEO strategies for our clients, driving measurable success in an international environment. As a leader in international SEO, we help German manufacturers increase their export sales and strengthen Germany as an export nation.
What You'll Do
- Strategically plan and implement complex keyword and SEO strategies for clients.
- Conduct advanced on-page and off-page optimizations, including technical site audits, crawling, content creation, and link building.
- Analyze and report SEO KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for performance improvement.
- Coordinate closely with content, IT, and external partner teams to achieve the best results for clients.
- Conduct competitive and trend analyses to identify new opportunities.
- Present results and actionable recommendations clearly and convincingly to clients.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional experience in SEO, ideally in an agency or international environment.
- Demonstrable successes such as improved rankings, increased traffic, or revenue growth.
- Proficient use of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Structured, solution-oriented, independent, and highly reliable work style.
- Excellent German language skills in speech and writing.
- Excellent English language skills in written communication.
