Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional media.
- Convert strategic plans into defined schedules, outputs, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to maintain accurate and timely campaign delivery.
- Supervise social media content and editorial alignment with campaign objectives.
- Manage planning and deployment of evergreen and time-sensitive content.
- Maintain consistent messaging across all channels and promotional efforts.
- Oversee local SEO activities across multiple locations, including updates to business listings and location-specific web pages.
- Ensure uniformity and correctness of local business data across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal departments or external partners to deploy SEO improvements.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and audience interactions across online platforms.
- Ensure timely and appropriate responses through support teams or third-party providers.
- Identify emerging patterns, raise concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness across digital, above-the-line, and reputation channels.
- Highlight performance gaps and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
- Aggregate cross-functional inputs to support performance reporting and organizational visibility.
