About the Role
The role involves leading design strategy, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and working alongside engineering and product management to bring concepts to life. You will advocate for the user, refine design systems, and ensure consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for key product features
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Define and evolve a scalable design system
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Gather and integrate feedback from users and team members
- Identify usability issues and propose effective solutions
- Support user testing and analyze behavioral data
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Balance user needs with business objectives
- Iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative insights
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design deliverables
- Maintain alignment with product vision and roadmap
- Drive consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Participate in sprint planning and design reviews
- Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Advocate for design best practices across the organization
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
