- Evaluate recruitment metrics to refine sourcing approaches
- Collaborate with HR on employment branding initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support diversity and inclusion goals in hiring practices
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Advise hiring teams on market trends and compensation benchmarks
- Streamline interview coordination and feedback collection
- Conduct market mapping to anticipate future hiring needs
- Coach teams on inclusive interviewing techniques
- Assess candidate technical fit in partnership with engineers
- Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
