AlexStaff Agency is hiring a Senior/Lead Android Developer to lead our Android technical vision and development for high-traffic, scalable applications. You will define architectural direction, mentor engineers, and ensure the reliability of systems serving millions of users.

What You'll Do

Define and evolve the Android technical vision in alignment with product and platform goals
Lead the adoption of modern Android development practices (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, modularization)
Design, implement, and maintain scalable mobile architecture for high-traffic applications
Mentor Android engineers, fostering technical growth and sharing knowledge across teams
Contribute hands-on to critical features and architectural foundations
Guide CI/CD integration, automated testing, and monitoring for production reliability
Take ownership of incident management and production issues, ensuring system resilience

What We're Looking For

10+ years of professional experience in Android development
2+ years in a leadership role
Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose
Proven experience designing and scaling large production applications with millions of users
Strong knowledge of mobile architecture principles, clean code, and design patterns
Experience leading teams, setting technical direction, and mentoring engineers
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and mobile DevOps practices
Deep knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, third-party integrations, and app security
English C1+ proficiency
