Tietoevry Tech Consulting is looking for a (Senior) Web Developer (m/f/d) to design and implement innovative, user-centric digital solutions. You will join our experienced team to build high-quality frontend applications and contribute to technology decisions on meaningful projects.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality frontend applications tailored to customer needs.
- Work hands-on with React, Angular, and other modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and project managers to create visually appealing and user-friendly solutions.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 or newer), performance, and scalability across projects.
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-native web solutions on hyperscaler platforms like Azure.
- Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and practices.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in frontend or fullstack development.
- Strong proficiency in React and/or Angular.
- Very good understanding of web standards, responsive design, and testing practices.
- A curious mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to improve code quality and productivity.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflows.
- Skill in critically evaluating and responsibly applying AI tools in day-to-day development.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Team player who takes action and demonstrates responsibility in organizing work.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of backend technologies like C# and ASP.NET.
