Reef is looking for a Senior Video Editor to create high-performance video content for social media advertising, organic content, and digital campaigns across multiple client brands. You will manage the complete production pipeline from concept to final delivery, working directly with our creative and strategy teams to drive measurable engagement and conversions.
What You'll Do
- Create high-performance video content for social media advertising, organic content, and digital campaigns.
- Manage the complete video production pipeline from concept development and editing through to final delivery.
- Consistently produce scroll-stopping video content that drives measurable results across Meta ads, Instagram, website assets, and other digital channels.
- Maintain brand consistency and production quality across client projects.
- Handle both creative execution and technical optimisation, ensuring all video assets are platform-optimised and performance-focused.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
- 5+ years hands-on experience editing video content for social media and digital advertising.
- Expert-level proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-performance social video content and Meta ads.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- Understanding of platform specifications and optimisation for vertical video, aspect ratios, and file sizes.
- Ability to work from raw footage, stock content, and client-provided assets.
- Experience colour grading, audio mixing, and adding captions or text overlays.
- Fast and reliable internet connection.
- Your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role.
- A quiet working environment and a good quality microphone or headset.
