Responsibilities
- Plan and execute user testing initiatives to validate product concepts with target audiences
- Investigate user behaviors, needs, and expectations through qualitative and quantitative research
- Develop and present clear, actionable insights and design recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
- Transform data-informed UX strategies into visual deliverables including wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Design and evaluate low-fidelity models, user pathways, and clickable prototypes for early-stage feedback
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align on functional and design requirements
- Develop and manage design documentation such as style guides and ensure adherence during development
- Contribute to the evolution of an internal design language to ensure consistency across products
- Stay informed about emerging practices and advancements in user experience design
Requirements
- Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, Axure, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in UX design roles
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey design rationale and performance metrics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comprehensive knowledge of UX methodologies and deliverables including journey maps, wireframes, user flows, and dynamic prototypes
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- A portfolio showcasing interaction design, service design, or innovative design projects
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, or a related discipline, combined with a decade of relevant UX experience
- Proven experience embedding user research findings into product development and design workflows
- Background working in professional software development environments
