Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive UX design projects, including research, system evaluation, and architectural planning.
- Oversee the design, planning, and deployment of multiple websites and applications for various clients in a dynamic setting.
- Conduct and manage all stages of user research and analysis to guide the development of highly functional digital interfaces.
- Work closely with federal practice engineers and government clients to design intuitive, visually compelling solutions for public sector use.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, and site maps to clearly convey interface concepts and user flows.
- Produce reusable design assets that support team collaboration and the growth of creative service offerings.
