Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive UX design projects encompassing research, system evaluation, and architectural planning.
- Oversee the design, planning, and deployment of multiple digital platforms for various clients in a high-velocity setting.
- Direct all stages of user research and data analysis to shape accessible and user-friendly digital interfaces.
- Work closely with technical teams and government clients to develop intuitive, visually engaging digital products for federal use.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, and navigation maps to illustrate interface concepts and user flows.
- Produce reusable design assets that support team collaboration and growth of creative service offerings.
