SalesCaptain is looking for a Senior UI/UX & Brand Designer to lead a complete visual and structural redesign of our company website. Your primary mission is to transform existing content into a high-performing, conversion-optimized layout and build a cohesive Figma design system for long-term scalability.
What You'll Do
- Redesign the website in Figma, including its structure, layout, components, and visual identity.
- Transform existing content into a high-performing, conversion-optimized layout.
- Create clean, intuitive, and well-structured user flows based on best UI/UX principles.
- Interpret and visualize complex information in a way that's easy for users to understand.
- Build a cohesive Figma design system and component library for long-term scalability.
- Collaborate to refine navigation, hierarchy, and messaging placement.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX and digital brand design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing SaaS, agency, or tech website redesigns.
- Deep understanding of conversion-focused design (CTAs, above-the-fold strategy, UX patterns).
- Proven ability to turn messy or unstructured content into clean, logical layouts.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems, auto-layout, and components.
