TD Canada Trust is looking for a Senior Test/Quality Analyst to provide leadership and expertise to Testing and QA teams on a broad range of services for assigned projects. You will be responsible for all phases of testing, including system integration, business acceptance, performance, operability, and deployment verification testing.
What You'll Do
- Lead the test team in delivering test planning, preparation, and execution activities.
- Manage the creation, review, and sign-off of testing documentation like strategies, plans, test cases, and defect logs.
- Coordinate necessary testing resources to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prioritize testing tasks based on project goals and risks.
- Lead the team in using test and defect tracking tools as per standards.
- Chair daily defect/status calls to document and track issues.
- Report status via daily dashboards using standard test quality metrics.
- Lead relationships with project team members, offshore teams, and third-party vendors.
- Build and maintain test environments, monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
- Coordinate code deployments and project testing across various environments.
- Ensure adherence to prescribed testing processes and identify risks.
- Review escalated risks and issues, developing contingency plans with stakeholders.
- Coach new or less experienced colleagues on delivery lifecycle and testing methodology.
- Promote and develop awareness of testing methodologies and standards.
What We're Looking For
- An undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Works independently in a senior/lead role on a diverse range of tasks and may be relied upon to coach or educate others. Generally reports to a Manager or Senior Manager.
