Brillio is looking for an Amazon Connect, IVR QA specialist to focus on quality assurance for IVR systems. This is a remote contingent worker role, with a focus on ensuring the reliability and performance of customer contact solutions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive QA testing on IVR systems built with Amazon Connect
- Design and execute test plans for voice user interface (VUI) flows and call routing logic
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate with development teams to validate fixes and ensure quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in QA testing for IVR or contact center applications
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Connect platform features and testing methodologies
- Ability to create detailed test cases for complex call flows and integrations
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
