Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) is hiring a Senior Test Engineer to develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for a critical Army program. You will ensure product quality by designing test setups, troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and collaborating with a cross-functional team.
What You'll Do
- Support test planning, coordination, execution, and reporting for major test events.
- Set up and maintain test environments including hardware, software, and instrumentation.
- Execute tests for functionality, performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Review system requirements to ensure test procedure coverage and validation.
- Document test results and maintain detailed reports on defects and corrective actions.
- Support engineering efforts in preparation for Design Reviews.
- Assist in the management and organization of government furnished equipment (GFE).
- Support hardware installation at customer sites as required.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s degree is required; additional experience may substitute.
- 6-12 years of relevant technical experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in large-scale defense programs and system architecture.
- Experience with Agile software development, integration, and test.
- Experience developing schedules and requirements for Hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) testing.
- Ability to travel to suppliers and hardware installation sites.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
Nice to Have
- Agile SAFe 6.0 certification.
- Experience supporting U.S. government and international partners in FMS cases.
