ecosio is looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to take ownership of our test infrastructure and ensure product quality. You will be embedded directly within a product team, collaborating with developers to build robust systems and supporting our CI/CD processes.

What You'll Do

Continuously evolve and improve the test infrastructure
Work directly in the product team
Develop and maintain quality assurance infrastructure for back end using JUnit 5, Spring, and Kubernetes
Take part in chaos testing and performance testing
Actively collaborate with developers to build requirements from a testability perspective
Identify defects, report them to the development team, and accompany them to prepare production deployments
Take over and monitor software releases and regression testing during development
Develop and execute requirements for test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios and implement these together with the team
Monitor test suites and coordinate actions to update tests and fix regressions
Support the team with CI/CD using GitLab, Maven, and Docker

What We're Looking For

Profound Java knowledge
Professional experience in the Quality Assurance field
Solid knowledge of automated and manual testing using frameworks such as JUnit 5, Selenium, and Cypress
API and UI testing framework experience
Good command of written and spoken technical English

Nice to Have

A running or completed IT education (HTL, FH, or university)
Experience with Kubernetes or GitLab
Experience in security testing
