Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Senior Technician to join our team supporting the One Bangkok project. This role is critical for building maintenance and equipment repair, serving as the primary point of contact for Facilities Services while coordinating and leading subordinate technicians. What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary building/department contact with Facilities Services, providing technical advice to technicians.
- Coordinate team activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing subordinate employees.
- Evaluate and verify employee performance through review of completed work and techniques.
- Diagnose and repair internal combustion engines, diesel engines, and building equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of contractors and sub-contractors.
- Update and maintain public utility records and reports for the engineer.
- Issue fixing notes and work orders for mechanical technicians.
- Maintain records for all internal combustion engines, diesel engines, and building equipment.
- Conduct monthly inspections and maintenance of engine systems.
- Operate daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of utility usage.
- Report unsafe building conditions to Facilities Services, Public Safety, and Environmental Health & Safety.
- Use sophisticated diagnostic equipment and techniques to perform component replacements on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and air machine systems.
What We're Looking For
- Available to work in shift rotations.
Nice to Have
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in management and high-rise building systems.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
