Responsibilities
- Lead virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions throughout the sales process, from initial discovery to technical demonstrations, risk assessments, and proof-of-value initiatives.
- Empower account executives and solutions engineers to communicate the convergence of technical capabilities and business value, ensuring appropriate solution alignment for complex customer environments.
- Apply advanced knowledge of IT systems, including cloud infrastructure, data centers, networking, and SaaS platforms, to deliver contextually relevant training experiences.
- Deliver train-the-trainer programs to certify external partners and provide continuous coaching to maintain high instructional standards globally.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in the company's technology portfolio and stay informed on competitive offerings and market dynamics.
- Commit to ongoing technical and commercial learning, staying ahead of cybersecurity threats and industry shifts through hands-on lab work and structured upskilling.
- Quickly master and teach emerging Agentic AI technologies across various use cases, demonstrating technical adaptability.
- Analyze training performance data to recommend improvements in course content and instructional methods.
- Use performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and measure participant proficiency, linking outcomes to real-world field success.
- Assess the qualifications of potential trainers to uphold a consistent, high-quality training experience across the global partner ecosystem.
- Champion new product launches and strategic initiatives internally, using performance data to refine training curricula and ensure partner preparedness.
- Work with instructional design teams to refine current materials and build new courses by contributing technical insights and feedback from field implementations.
- Partner with alliances and solutions architecture groups to align training priorities with regional goals and key partner programs.
- Serve as a liaison between field teams and internal departments to ensure training content, product development, and marketing strategies reflect current technical and market challenges.
