Torc is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define job requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
