Responsibilities
- Lead multiple high-impact robotics deployment initiatives from initial planning through operational handover, ensuring alignment across technical, commercial, and customer-facing stages.
- Design and implement scalable governance models, reporting structures, and delivery workflows to support rapid, sustainable growth and inform future program execution.
- Engage as a trusted advisor to senior executives, investors, clients, and internal leadership, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes using data-driven insights.
- Oversee both technical integration and financial performance, including budgeting, margin control, resource allocation, and business case validation, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Proactively detect systemic risks, implement preventive actions, and manage escalations with a structured, solution-focused approach.
- Identify recurring challenges and improvement opportunities, driving automation, standardization, and innovation across deployment processes.
