Kong is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary technical advisor and advocate for our enterprise customers. You will ensure customers achieve their business objectives through the successful adoption and optimization of Kong's API platform.
What You'll Do
- Act as the trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through implementation, integration, and scaling of Kong solutions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead technical enablement sessions and workshops to drive platform adoption and feature utilization.
- Analyze customer usage data to provide strategic recommendations for maximizing value from Kong's products.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams to represent customer needs and resolve complex technical issues.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical customer success, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role within a SaaS or API technology company.
- Deep understanding of API management, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies.
- Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to guide customer strategy and success plans.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, or Mexico.
