Vanta is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer for our Enterprise Engineering team, an employee-facing group dedicated to improving the overall employee experience. In this role, you will build and iterate on processes and workflows while developing best practices and tooling strategies to scale our enterprise tech stack.
What You'll Do
- Architect, design, deploy, and assist in maintaining business-critical systems
- Assist cross-functional stakeholders with implementing and enforcing policies on systems
- Develop scripts and workflows to assist in automation of tasks
- Act as an escalation point for teammates on the Ops team
- Create and maintain procedures, standards, and documentation related to areas of responsibility
- Configure and own the tools within the collaboration space
- Turn business requirements into technical solutions
What We're Looking For
- Experience with FedRAMP Authorization
- Experience with application administration of various productivity tools and platforms
- Experience with various CLI tools and programming/scripting languages such as GAM, Python, and Bash
- Advanced knowledge of IAM systems and experience with API integration work
- Experience working in high-growth companies with rapidly shifting IT needs
- Ability to communicate effectively and break down complex problems into easily digestible tasks
