About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering designs for bridges, buildings, and transportation systems
- Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients during project execution
- Review third-party designs for structural integrity and code adherence
- Support project management with scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical oversight during construction
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across different time zones
- Apply advanced structural analysis software for modeling and simulation

- Ensure designs meet sustainability and environmental requirements
- Participate in client meetings and design workshops
- Deliver presentations on technical solutions to stakeholders
- Manage changes in project scope and provide engineering justifications

- Work within regulated environments requiring formal documentation
