Moog is hiring a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to serve as Chief Engineer for next-generation commercial aircraft solutions. You will provide technical leadership, project oversight, and process ownership to ensure program milestones are met, while playing a pivotal role in growing our Model-Based Engineering capability.
What You'll Do
- Lead system architecture, design, requirements definition, simulation, modelling, and certification testing.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of systems engineers.
- Drive the adoption and integration of Model-Based Engineering across the business unit.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with program goals and technical standards.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in flight controls within aerospace or a similarly complex domain.
- A degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Proven track record in Model-Based Engineering and systems lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Tewkesbury, GBR or Wolverhampton.
