Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable services and APIs for transferring funds and connecting financial systems.
- Handle payment processing, fund settlements, transaction reconciliation, and error corrections involving live customer balances.
- Develop and maintain workflows critical for regulatory compliance, including payroll data exchange, identity verification for businesses and individuals, and tax calculation and reporting.
- Create and manage integrations with external vendors for payments, tax compliance, and other regulated services.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver robust, production-grade solutions.
- Troubleshoot live system issues and enhance system reliability, monitoring capabilities, and operational tooling.
- Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with shared platforms and infrastructure.
- Write clean, testable, and maintain combustible code that enables rapid deployment and supports high growth.
