Responsibilities
- Contribute to territory planning to enhance vertical alignment, target key account use cases, and drive effective execution
- Provide strategic input to Core Account Executives during account planning based on territory insights and recommendations
- Ensure territory and account planning recommendations are consistent with Now Value principles
- Help customers visualize the benefits of industrial digital transformation for their control systems and related processes, collaborating with the account team, customer, and partners to shape strategy
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Specialist OT Sales Consultants on the capability roadmap to align feedback and team engagement
- Guide Account Executives, SDRs, ACE, and specialist teams in foundational knowledge of specialty solutions to uncover opportunities and support sales cycle management
- Adapt time allocation to meet the specific demands of the territory and account team while recognizing achievements
- Promote diversity and inclusion to foster an open and welcoming workplace culture
