Eurofins Scientific is hiring a Senior Solution Architect Team Lead (f/m)

Responsibilities

  • Empower the Architects: Act as a cohesive architecture team leader, working collaboratively with other architects to drive change and ensure consistent practices across products/teams and domains.
  • Empower the Architects: Onboard, mentor, and grow architects by aligning goals, priorities, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Empower the Architects: Facilitate team-wide clarity on architectural pillars, decision-making approaches, and governance processes.
  • Empower the Architects: Promote a strong team identity (“team power”), ensuring architects coordinate effectively, support one another, and operate with a unified vision.
  • Validate and Shape Technical Designs: Validate business requirements from a technical perspective and translate them into actionable, well-reasoned solution designs.

  • Lead Azure Solution Architecture: Ensure technical choices leverage appropriate Azure services or custom components when justified.
  • Champion Software Quality and Non-Functional Requirements: Define non-functional needs such as performance, scalability, resilience, monitoring, and configuration management.
