In this role, you will develop high-performance software solutions and scalable components while actively contributing to our development process. What You'll Do

Develop high-performance software solutions and scalable components
Optimize existing software with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
Actively advance the software development process and standards
Support colleagues through technical exchange, mentoring, and code reviews
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into clean technical concepts
Create technical documentation
Set up and execute test scenarios

What We're Looking For

Completed training as an IT specialist for application development, a computer science degree, or comparable qualification
Very good experience in software development
Relevant experience in agile software projects
Very good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript and use of modern coding standards
Clean coding, good understanding of software architectures, Clean Code, CI/CD processes, and automated tests
Empathy, communication skills, and teamwork
Very good German and English language skills

Nice to Have

Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
