Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a compact engineering team by defining tasks, overseeing code reviews, guiding development, and ensuring timely delivery while remaining actively involved in coding.
- Develop refined Angular-based dashboards that showcase data intelligence capabilities and support reporting needs across portfolio, compliance, and operations.
- Design interactive data exploration interfaces using Highcharts for time-series visuals, drill-downs, heatmaps, and treemaps, as well as AG Grid Enterprise for advanced data handling like grouping, pivoting, aggregation, and exporting to Excel or PDF.
- Deliver complete reporting features from backend datasets to frontend presentation, ensuring efficient APIs and responsive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams to refine data models, optimize queries, and ensure system performance with large-scale datasets exceeding 100,000 rows.
- Define and enforce standards for report accuracy, validation processes, audit trails, and configurations specific to individual tenants.
- Enhance software quality and development speed through comprehensive unit and end-to-end testing using Playwright, supplemented by AI-assisted tooling.
- Ensure systems are production-ready by implementing monitoring, logging, issue triage protocols, and ongoing improvements to UX and performance.
