Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services handling financial transactions
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements
- Optimize system performance and reliability for high-volume operations
- Design secure APIs for internal and external financial integrations
- Troubleshoot production issues with a focus on rapid resolution
- Write clean, testable code with comprehensive documentation
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Monitor system health and implement observability tools
- Support audit and compliance processes with accurate logging
- Improve deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Work closely with data teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Help define technical standards and best practices
- Contribute to incident response and on-call rotations
- Evaluate new technologies for system improvements
- Ensure data consistency across distributed financial systems
- Implement safeguards against financial risk and fraud
- Scale infrastructure to meet growing transaction volume
- Maintain uptime and availability of critical services
- Integrate with third-party banking and payment networks
- Follow security protocols for handling sensitive financial data
