Ben Fatto is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in React.js to architect and build high-quality user interfaces. You will play a key role in developing the front-end applications that drive our product experience.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable and performant web applications using React.js
Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions for front-end projects
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features
Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional experience in software development
3+ years of hands-on experience building modern web applications with React.js
Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Proven experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API), modern React tooling, and testing frameworks
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end build pipelines
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
