AppFollow is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our engineering team, focusing specifically on growth initiatives. You will be instrumental in building the user-facing features and optimizations that drive product adoption and business impact.

What You'll Do

Build, test, and deploy high-quality, user-facing features for growth experiments and product optimizations.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data analysts to translate growth hypotheses into functional code.
Analyze the performance of new features and initiatives, using data to inform iterative improvements.
Contribute to improving frontend architecture, tooling, and processes to enhance team velocity and product quality.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record as a Senior Frontend Developer with significant experience building complex, data-driven web applications.
Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and state management libraries.
Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks, analytics integration, and data-informed development practices.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
