What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and performant web applications using React.js
- Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions for front-end projects
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features
- Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building modern web applications with React.js
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Proven experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API), modern React tooling, and testing frameworks
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end build pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
