Requirements
- Have strong experience with modern web technologies, especially React, Node.js, and GraphQL
- Can break down complex problems and own features from idea to release
- Think deeply about the user experience and how technical decisions show up for the customer
- Use data to make product decisions and are comfortable working through ambiguity
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and with empathy across functions
- Are comfortable mentoring and supporting other engineers
- Bias toward action and iterative learning — you ship, test, and adapt
- Are motivated by building systems that drive business impact and user success
- Growth mindset: are motivated by moving metrics and driving concrete business outcomes while solving customer pain points
- Use AI tools (like Cursor, ChatGPT or Claude) to accelerate, not replace, your workflow

- Have worked on product-led growth or expansion initiatives
- Have experience building in-product education, onboarding, or integration surfaces
- Are comfortable designing for enterprise users and scaling systems across diverse org structures
- Understand experimentation and A/B testing platforms
