Dandy is looking for a Senior Software Engineer I to join the Practice Production team. You will build products across simulation and diagnostic tools, patient education, and insights domains, all directly aligned to driving Same Store Growth for our dental practice partners.
What You'll Do
- Lead development of scalable services and rich frontend experiences across Simulation, Diagnostic, and Insights domains.
- Own features tied to the North Star Metric (Same Store Growth), ensuring tools provide measurable value to dental practices.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Clinical experts to translate complex dental workflows into intuitive software.
- Act as a technical leader, leveling up engineers through code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practices.
- Contribute across the full stack to deliver end-to-end features.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Nice to Have
- Strong proficiency in modern full-stack development.
- Experience with React and Node.js.
