Responsibilities
- Design and lead the development of secure, scalable services, making technical trade-offs that balance reliability, performance, and cost, including integration of AI-driven features.
- Use AI-powered tools to speed up coding, testing, debugging, and prototyping tasks, while ensuring outputs are thoroughly validated for safety and quality.
- Provide guidance on responsible AI adoption, including model design, prompt strategies, and ethical or privacy implications, while implementing compliance monitoring and risk documentation.
- Mentor team members in software engineering excellence and AI-enhanced practices; collaborate with Product, Security, DevOps, and other groups on feature delivery and system compliance.
- Evaluate and test new technologies and frameworks, especially AI-related tools, while strengthening CI/CD pipelines with automated governance, observability, and incident response improvements.
