AutoScout24 Engine GmbH is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - iOS to play a key role in building and evolving the AutoScout24 iOS application. You will work within a modern Swift technology stack, own architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product and UX teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Work within our technology stack: Swift, SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, Swift Testing, SPM, Fastlane, Sonarqube, and Github Actions.
- Integrate with a GraphQL backend and REST services.
- Explore the usage of advanced AI tools.
- Own and evolve our modular iOS architecture based on a local Swift package.
- Design for testability by default.
- Drive the technical planning of projects and features.
- Collaborate on API design with other teams.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies.
- Mentor other developers in the team.
- Deliver work in a trunk-based development style, using Feature Flags and experiments.
- Collaborate closely with Product and UX.
- Find the right mix between effort, quality, and user value.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- A strong enthusiast for Swift and iOS technologies.
- A track record of organizing the delivery of big features for a large-scale, multi-regional app.
- Experience owning complex, business-critical mobile systems end-to-end.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
