Everwest is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Integrations) to shape the technical backbone of our logistics organization. You will architect and develop scalable integrations that connect our platforms, partners, and global operations.

What You'll Do

Architect, design, implement, and maintain complex software solutions adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Deliver expertise in engineering, lead technical strategy, enforce best practices, and mentor team members.
Set coding standards, lead code review sessions, and implement robust security measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives proactively, evaluating and adopting new technologies.
Continuously learn and stay up to date with emerging technologies.
Lead by example with a positive attitude, foster a collaborative team environment, actively support and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, and uphold high standards of respect and ethics.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience with .NET integrations, including legacy systems.
Strong understanding of various integration architectures (REST, SOAP, EDI, messaging services).
Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS).
Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).
Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
