Senior Software Engineer to join EverAI, a fast-growing AI company building the world’s largest AI companionship platform. You will work on scaling products used by 50 million users, collaborating with the CTO and engineering team in a fully remote setup based in Turkey.
What You'll Do
- Interact with the Product Manager to review project specs
- Prepare integration plans, break-downs, and estimations
- Perform hands-on code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing, etc.
- Help define the product roadmap and find optimal technical solutions
- Run experiments and bring new ideas to the table
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer
- Experience in tech scale-ups or similarly agile and fast-paced environments
- Experience working on large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
- Ownership and commitment — looking for owners, not renters
- Doer mindset — ability to balance software craftsmanship with velocity
- User-centricity — pride in building and obsession with amazing user experience
- #NSFW — comfort building products based on uncensored models and content

- Team size: ≈75 people
- Structure: Tech team including web developers, SRE, data scientists; reporting to Tech Lead; working closely with CTO Michael Monin and product team
