Tavus is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) to be a technical driver on the Tavus Platform. This is a very hands-on role focused primarily on React, with occasional backend work. You will work closely with design, product, and engineering leadership to build intuitive and beautiful experiences, fast.
What You'll Do
- Jump into our existing React codebase and own the development and delivery of platform features, from ideation to launch while upholding a high UX bar.
- Help shape the future for how users interact with our SoTA models by partnering closely with our Conversational Video Interface and Design teams.
- Contribute across the full product stack as needed to ensure seamless product continuity.

- You're a frontend nerd who cares about frontend internals and leverages expertise to deliver beautiful user experiences.
- You've worked on multiple consumer-facing products, ideally from scratch.
- You care deeply about design and user experience and have strong taste and the confidence to defend it.
- You bring a senior mindset: you set direction, own decisions, and get things over the finish line.
- You thrive in startup environments where you can be autonomous, opinionated, and fast-moving.
- You communicate the complex with incredible clarity and leverage your communication abilities to teach others.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React Native and mobile development.
- Exposure to LLMs, video, or AI/ML-powered products.
- Extensive Fullstack experience.
