Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain efficient, accessible, and scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Make critical decisions on UI architecture, including state management and component organization.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of reusable component libraries and design systems to ensure platform-wide consistency.
- Work closely with designers to implement intuitive and visually refined user interfaces.
- Improve application performance, responsiveness, and loading efficiency.
- Define and promote frontend standards for testing, monitoring, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver integrated features.
- Convert complex business requirements into clear and effective user experiences.
