Capgemini is hiring a Java React Developer to develop and support solutions for a Financial Calculation Engine. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in React, Java, and SQL to build robust modules within a dynamic team environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop solutions using React, Java, SQL, and related technologies.
- Produce well-commented, high-quality code and technical release documents.
- Interact with the team lead and/or business analysts to understand business requirements.
- Provide technical walkthroughs to various stakeholders, including QA and UAT teams.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to address data-related inquiries and issues.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC): Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation.
- Strong working experience with JavaScript libraries, React, Java, and SQL.
- Good experience developing web applications using open-source libraries (React for frontend, Java for backend).
- SQL fundamentals and hands-on proficiency.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
- Excellent functional, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Basic financial knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience using CI/CD tools.
- Some understanding of the financial industry.
