Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain systems including the real-time voice platform, customer-facing dashboard, agent execution environment, and data analytics pipeline.
  • Design and implement new features by analyzing current product usage and aligning with long-term strategic objectives to maximize impact relative to development effort.
  • Create scalable software architectures that operate efficiently within tight performance and infrastructure limitations.
  • Extend platform capabilities to support more than 100 times the current user traffic volume.
  • Begin as an individual contributor with a path to lead engineering teams, eventually managing organizational growth and operations.
  • Take on responsibilities in recruiting, task delegation, and guiding junior engineers through mentorship.
