Radformation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team responsible for our ChartCheck product. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain software that enhances safety and efficiency in radiation oncology clinics.

What You'll Do

Architect, develop, and deploy features for the ChartCheck product
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on product goals
Identify and implement improvements to system performance, reliability, and scalability
Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role
Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
Experience designing and building complex, distributed software systems
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in a remote setting
