Ramp is looking for a Senior Software Engineer | Backend to build scalable backend systems, driving projects from inception to scaling in production. You'll collaborate on the technical vision and improve our engineering processes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on our technical vision and lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects.
- Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the code base, productivity, and team.
- Recruit, interview, develop interview questions, and foster a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility.
- Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers and interns.
