Standard Bots is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to architect and build the core manufacturing systems that power our factory. You will design and implement software that orchestrates physical production workflows, connects digital systems to real-world hardware, and ensures reliability and traceability across our manufacturing stack.
What You'll Do
- Design and evolve our internal MRP and MES systems that manage BOMs, inventory, scheduling, and production workflows.
- Build APIs and services that interface directly with robotic systems and factory-floor tooling.
- Develop real-time and event-driven systems that ensure production visibility, traceability, and data integrity.
- Partner closely with manufacturing, robotics, and operations teams to translate physical workflows into robust software abstractions.
- Architect systems that prioritize reliability, correctness, and uptime in production-critical environments.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $170,000 to $220,000 + equity in the form of Employee Stock Options.
