About the Role

  • Partner closely with manufacturing, robotics, and operations teams to translate physical workflows into robust software abstractions.
  • Architect systems that prioritize reliability, correctness, and uptime in production-critical environments.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong technical background, including 5+ years of experience working in complex environments.
  • Growth & Optimism: Excited by new domains and challenges, eager to pick up new context to accelerate impact.
  • Clarity of Communication: Excel in written and verbal communication and enjoy leveraging skills to support peers.
  • Impact Driven: Relentlessly seek user impact and value execution over technical idealism.
  • Proactive Simplicity: Prioritize simplicity, reliability, and velocity and proactively identify opportunities to improve proposed implementations or incumbent systems.
  • Excelling in Ambitious Environments: Excel in dynamic and ambitious environments, working with a diverse group of individuals and backgrounds.

  • Life and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) plan.
