Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy for AI-powered development tools, assessing and deploying solutions for code generation, intelligent code review, and automated testing to boost engineering productivity
- Advance developer experience by transitioning UI testing in-house, improving codebase modularity for better test isolation, and optimizing build and deployment pipelines
- Create and maintain internal developer tools and scalable infrastructure that support efficient delivery of high-quality code across product teams
- Work cross-functionally with engineering groups to uncover workflow challenges, prioritize improvements, and implement organization-wide solutions
- Guide engineers in adopting effective development practices, testing methodologies, and AI-assisted coding tools
