7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
Experience working on international projects, ideally with European clients or teams.
A career that shows you've worked across multiple domains and picked up different stacks along the way, not because the job required it, but because you're genuinely curious.
Deep experience in at least one or two of these domains: e-commerce, travel, fintech, healthcare, and logistics — enough to understand the business, not just the codebase.
Our common stacks lean toward React or Vue on the frontend, PHP, Node.js, Go, .NET, or Java on the backend, and AWS or GCP for infrastructure. We don't expect you to know all of them, but we do expect you to have moved between a few and have strong opinions about why.
Hands-on use of AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) as part of your actual workflow, and the judgment to know when to trust them and when not to.
