We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that power our cloud-based data protection and governance platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software components - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to define requirements and technical specifications - Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of software development experience - Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and collaboration skills
